This is a home located in the small community called Diria, in the District of Granada, Nicaragua. This small municipality is located at the summit, slopes, and surroundings of the Apoyo Lagoon Natural Reserve. Its urban center, which is enclosed by nine villages, has older houses, an old church, a central park and a nice viewpoint with panoramic scenery of the Apoyo Lagoon. To enjoy the Lagoona viewpoint you can reach that by walking approx ten minutes to the view out or walk down to the water access which should take you another twenty minutes. San Sebastian is the patron saint of the municipality, which celebrates its religious festivities in his honor from January 19th to 21st. The next town to Diria is Diriomo a five-minute walk from this house to Diriomo central park and the various farm goods vendors and small shops and Pali grocery store. This is a large three story home with a separate casita that can be rented out as a small house or have an on-site cuidador family reside on premises to take care of the property.
